Verification of the corn contamination by aflatoxin b1, by means of an automatic system based on the blooming of each grain

"Aflaflesh" is a computerized instrument designed to combine a visual data acquisition with an acquisition of sophisticated operating systems and image analysis software. By exposing the fluorescence of maize subjected to UV radiation, because if there is contamination with aflatoxin B1, it is possible to transform directly the number of pixels measured by ell fluorescence instrument for the concentration of AFB1.
