Abstract

The main objective of a company is to maximize the corporate wealth. The Corporate Government's practice of an organization (Corporate Governance) protects the interests of their diverse groups. This is a directive task of public or private entities, to assure the application of managerial principles such as equity, justice, economy, truth, honesty, effectiveness, and responsibility for external and internal clients. In the same way, it guarantees the reproduction of trustworthy and transparent information, guided by the Direction, which will be aware and ready to revise and to guide the strategy of companies, their action plans, the contracting policies, the discharge objectives, including the after-sale service to the client and the planning. Likewise, it is cautious that advertising and promotional information are those which are being really executed and carried out, to guarantee that all the efforts are transmitted to the final consumer as an added value that assures their fidelity to the company.
