ELEMENTS OF ASSESSMENT OF PUBLIC POLICIES FROM THE IMPLEMENTATION OF WORKS

This document is a proposal to address the evaluation of public policies for its execution require public works projects, therefore, a number of general public policy criteria are presented, they have three of them: transport, social housing and domiciliary public services, and parameters are established for the correct, efficient, effective and equitable evaluation of the management of public infrastructure necessary for these policies and offers the possibility of evidence to evaluate the management of the development of public works, as part of these policies. The evaluation methodology is based on the review of the tangible infrastructure. As part of the policy development, policies are mentioned, and it is indicated how recruitment is done and how it could be evaluated.Author Biography
