Abstract

There are a different concepts and practices, we note that a corporate socially responsible company is one that meets the provisions agreed upon with the society, in addition to seeking economic efficiency, seeks to balance social and environmental development as a result of policies of social responsibility set by the company for the medium and long term. However, world-class companies have already recognized the benefits that a company is socially responsible, reason, social responsibility, is now one of the most important issues for the business community.

To determine the degree of Corporate Social Responsibility, you have to study “approach to business based on values” which are generally reflected in the Mission and Vision of the company and its Codes of Ethics and behavior, but in this sense: The first thing to ask citizens on Corporate Social Responsibility, are social rewards for continuous firing of labor, due to scientific and technological progress.

Corporate Social Responsibility is a way to create and manage the company through social relations that create harmony and acceptance of beings as a source of social development, or whatever it is, corporate social responsibility is a form of relationship between production business and social welfare. Civil society is based, to reach agreements expressed in laws and regulations with
companies on social responsibility, modern agreements covering labor and environmental, where social harmony is promoted. According to Bruni and Calvo (2009) the company is a crucial player on the international stage, and is also a subject of international law. Ruggie (2011) considers necessary to act in defense of human rights, offering world-class companies “protect, respect, remedy”.
