LEGITIMACY AND VALIDITY OF HUMAN RIGHTS SPEECH AND ITS CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTION IN COLOMBIA

The principles, to the extent they are the product of consensus and rationality are legitimate and are constituted as the key to a harmonious coexistence. Human rights have been part of the Colombian Constitution both Article 5 and Article 164, by giving them priority in the legislative process. It has been seen the need to set limits and require that these standards are known, respected and if they are violated there are ordinary and extraordinary action, preferential basis, to avoid damage that may be irreparable to human dignity. A social state of law is characterized by the
participation of society in decision-making to achieve overall wellness, so knowledge and commitment to the creation, modification, action and implementation of standards is required.
