From life experience, its observation, and the comparison between thought and pragmatics it is possible to construct a parallel between authority and power concepts in different areas of the society, specifically, politics, education, and law in order to call the attention of educators and students, of professionals and students, of leaders and governed people. The point is to understand the differences between recognize and fear either someone or something, bearing in mind that power is just a force and symbols, and that authority is respect and recognition.
